Regional campaign to target fatigue and distraction

As part of the THINK! Road Safety Partnerships Program, the Department for Infrastructure and Transport has partnered with SANFL to roll out a road safety campaign focusing on regional communities.

Young drivers living in regional and remote South Australia are up to three times more likely than those living in metropolitan Adelaide to be involved in a serious road crash in which they lose a life.

Fatigue and distraction have been identified as major causes of serious crashes in the regions and this campaign will focus on key messages to address these issues.
